Tactical Night-Time Illuminator

Red flashlights give you the tactical advantage when you require a low light device to help you navigate the terrain with minimal exposure in the darkness. This is due to the fact the human eye is more sensitive to the red wavelengths of light than that of the green or blue. In this logic if the eye is more sensitive to red light, lesser luminosity would be needed to see by. Also red flashlights do not affect your night vision in the sense that when you shut the light off your pupil will not have to adjust to the darkness. Whereas, if you were to use a standard flashlight, your eyes will require a few moments to adjust to the darkness after you have turned the flashlight off. This is a great advantage in the combat field and to hunters when they instantly want to be in absolute darkness while pursuing a target.
